It is Aerofex’s goal to support our customers with the benefits of thrust vectoring as quickly and as safely as possible. All hardware purchases come with Aerofex support to get it up and running as intended.

All sales are final.
Exchanges
With hardware orders, Aerofex will replace items damaged during shipping or do the best we can to exchange mis-orders whenever possible.
Aerofex will exchange or replace faulty components within 30 days of end-user receipt of the hardware. Please open and take stock of the delivery as soon as possible after receipt.
Domestic Sales (US)
There is a two-week lead time in shipping evaluation kits. Prototype lead times will be coordinated directly with the end-user.
International Sales
Aerofex expects international orders for Evaluation Kits and prototypes will be accepted in July 2025. Please do not attempt to place international orders prior to their release. To be notified when available internationally, sign up to Get Informed below, or through our Contact form.
